Meet Anita

Anita Wolfe, President of Environment For Change, is a seasoned Leadership Coach with over 25 years experience known for bringing "Backbone and Heart" to her coaching, team development, and Indigenous community processes.

Anita brings together a network of senior consultants with backgrounds in various disciplines to provide the precise expertise your organization needs, when and how you need it.

Anita is passionate about developing Executives who are serious about transformational leadership, while considering Strategic Issues, Organization Performance, Relationships and Culture.

Her Customized approach bridges the professional with the personal, streamlines the shift from where you are, to where you want to be. This is not just "talking heads".

Through presence-based Somatic Coaching and practices, Leaders enhance their Executive Presence, Courageous Authenticity while building clarity, skills, and resilience to what matters to them and their organization.

Meet Connor

MBA (Strategic Management, Barcelona), PMC, BA, Professional Co-Active Coach, ACC (ICF)

Connor Paone is a professional coach and consultant for business and organizational strategy, development, management, and leadership. 
An interdisciplinary specialist with international experience, he brings a strong background in working directly with First Nations communities both as a former staff member and as a consultant.

For the past 10 years, Connor has worked with businesses, social purpose enterprises, and Indigenous communities to create more social, environmental, and economic abundance abundance in terms of social and environmental impact and return on investment.

Connor has supported and led the development and implementation of strategic plans, management operations, intergovernmental relations, and joint-venture agreement within First Nations governments, administrations, and economic development corporations.

Connor’s unique experience provides critical perspectives from his work creating programs “on the ground” , to engaging communities and their stakeholders, and therefore strengthening capacity to implement strategies.

Clients find Connor’s strong communication, people skills, and his personal passion – to learn from and about different cultures –to be inviting and engaging.  They value his sensitivity and strong people skills to navigate tricky situations to bring people on board – whether they are in the Boardroom, the Band Office, at coffee tables, working on not-for profit-campaigns, or in government offices.

Connor works globally, primarily in British Columbia, Mexico, and Spain.

Fun Fact: Connor is a certified Yoga Instructor, and has worked with Indigenous communities in the Peruvian High Amazon on food security and cultural revitalization projects, and helped develop the Kliith-pitapp-taa-kumpths Men’s Group - a culturally based healing program in the ƛaʔuukʷiath (Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations) health program.

Meet Angela

Angela Neumann is a British Columbia-based executive and leadership coach who integrates innovative coaching, leadership, facilitation, human resource and change management methodologies into her individual and group coaching practice. 

Over the last 20 years, Angela has worked with senior executive leaders, entrepreneurs and managers in the private and public sector to maximize their influence and credibility, and reach their full personal and professional potential. 

Angela works with leaders to support them with their professional goal achievement and to help them build high-performing teams, impact their cultures and overcome workplace challenges.

Her commitment to excellence in leadership and personal mastery drives her desire to help others who value the same. Her unique approach emphasizes self-awareness, team development and systems transformation, which allows her to guide clients to become authentic, courageous and trusted leaders. Her goal is to be accepting and unconditionally supportive, meeting each client wherever they may be on their personal leadership journey.
